Beth Roberts is a Senior Executive in Accenture's Financial Services Practice. She is currently the Client Managing Partner for the Capital Market Solutions Group and the North American Capital Markets Industry Managing Partner. Beth has been working at Accenture for over 24 years, in assisting financial services clients effect business change and high performance through both tactical initiatives and strategic, transformational programs. She has provided service to her clients through extensive work in the U.S., Mexico, UK, Continental Europe, and Asian markets.

She has developed extensive executive relationships across these businesses, moving the relationships from a vendor/transaction approach to a more relationship-oriented focus. Her current role involves managing the business of a recent acquisition, Random Walk Computing. Beth was also a member of Accenture's Partner Advisory Committee (PAC), a group of twenty partners who provide advice and counsel to the CEO of Accenture.

Post IPO, Beth was a member of the Inside Nominating Committee for the Board of Directors, and the Inside Nominating Committee to identify our new CEO. Beth leads the Great Place to Work for Women for Accenture's Financial Services Practices in North America, and is a member of the Diversity Council. She is the Accenture Partner Sponsor for the NY Race for the Cure (Susan P. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation), and is actively involved in recruiting activities, both with campus recruits and experienced hires. Beth was responsible for leading Accenture's Global Capital Markets Training Strategy and Program.

She is a member of the Board of Trustees and the Finance committee of Riverdale Country School, a private, independent college preparatory school. Beth received her MBA in Finance and International Business from the New York University's Stern Graduate School of Business and her B.A. from Emory University. Beth joined the FWWB/USA Board of Directors in 2005 and became the board's Chairperson in 2008.
