PANELISTS:
Julia Chu is a Director in the Wealth Planning Group at PBUSA based in New York. She is a wealth strategist and Head of Philanthropy. Previously she was at UBS where she served as a wealth strategist for the Advanced Planning Group.
Michael Useem is a Professor of Management and Director of the Center for Leadership and Change Management at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. His university teaching includes MBA, executive-MBA, and executive courses on management, leadership, and governance, and he offers programs on leadership, change, and decision making for managers in the United States, Asia, Europe, and Latin America.
Melinda Wolfe is the head of Professional Development at Bloomberg L.P., overseeing a full continuum of human capital management responsibilities. She has led talent management initiatives with a passionate focus on diversity at five major global companies over her career.
