
As Vice President, Technical Assistance and Programs, Inez Murray has overall responsibility for WWB's technical assistance services to network members. Her division offers research, development and roll out of microfinance products including placing individual lending into group lenders; housing finance; rural finance; savings and microinsurance-as well as strategies to serve the women's market. The division also supports microfinance institutions in defining and refining their strategic positioning and transforming into regulated financial institutions.
Prior to her current position, Inez developed the market research practice of WWB which has enabled WWB to be a leading voice for low income women in microfinance. She also pioneered an innovative business development service called Servimicros which channeled large numbers of entrepreneurs in the sewn goods manufacturing sector into a small group of suppliers thereby being able to negotiate supplies at a significant discount.
Before joining WWB in 1996, Inez worked as a Senior Consultant in the strategy practice of Booz, Allen, Hamilton in New York. She has also worked on short-term consultancies for various NGOs including Puntos de Encuentro (Managua). Inez holds a Master's degree in International Affairs from Columbia University where she specialized in economic and political development and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Studies from Trinity College, Dublin. She is a native of Ireland and has a working knowledge of Spanish.

Mr. Dellien is the Director of Microfinance Products and Services at Women’s World Banking. His responsibilities include overseeing the introduction of new credit products (Individual loans, housing loans and rural finance), support network members improving productivity ratios and portfolio management and provide strategic advice to commercial banks interested in expanding financial services to micro-entrepreneurs.
In recent years his team has focused on introducing rural loans and housing loans for low income clients in urban and rural areas. He has coordinated and delivers technical services to micro finance institutions in Africa (Kenya, Uganda, and Gambia), Asia (Philippines, India, and Pakistan), Middle East (Morocco, Jordan, Tunisia) and Latin America (Colombia, Mexico, Dominican Republic, and Brazil). He has developed and implemented several innovation technology projects in Latin America introducing (credit scoring for micro finance, palm pilots and ATM) to reduce costs and increase the outreach of microfinance organizations.
Prior to joining WWB in 1998, Mr. Dellien worked 5 years for the International Project Consultants (IPC) a German consulting firm associated to PRO-CREDIT bank based in Frankfurt. Mr. Dellien has a master degree in Agricultural Economics and Rural Finance from the Ohio State University.

Anna Gincherman leads WWB’ formalization work and new product initiatives, including microinsurance and savings. In this capacity she supports network members in different regions that are undergoing the process of formalization and/or launching microinsurance, particularly health insurance, and saving mobilization programs.
Anna has also played a key role in developing WWB’s expansion strategy in Eastern Europe, the Middle East and North Africa, and is con-currently the Relationship Manager for these regions. In this role as RM, she provides support to member MFI’s in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Jordan, Russia, Morocco and Tunisia on strategic and operational issues. Her technical input has helped these network members diversify their product offerings, develop their long-term competitive strategies including formalization, access funds for growth and manage financial risk. Anna is also an active participant in regional policy forums and regulatory dialogues.
Prior to joining WWB in 1995, Anna worked for the Council on Economic Priorities and the United Nations, focusing on defense conversion programs in Eastern Europe. She holds a Bachelor's degree in International Politics and Economics from Middlebury College and a Master's in Public Affairs from the University of Pennsylvania. She is fluent in English and Russian and is a native of Russia.

As Director of the Women's Market, Janiece Greene will be responsible for building the marketing and brand strategy practice within WWB, defining the research agenda and developing the marketing capacity for the WWB network affiliates, and building the women's leadership program.
Janiece began her career in 1996 as a management consultant with firms Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and PricewaterhouseCoopers where she managed cross-functional teams in the design, implementation, and marketing of software product solutions for global financial services organizations such as Credit Suisse First Boston. For the past eight years, the focus of Janiece's career has been on designing, managing, and implementing cross-platform integrated marketing plans, quantitative and qualitative consumer research studies, and performance measurement strategies for a broad range of clients within the CPG-retail and financial services industries while working for such firms as Avenue A/Razorfish and BlackRock.
While serving as a Director of Strategy and User Experience at Avenue A/Razorfish, Janiece was responsible for award winning marketing and branding efforts on behalf of brands such as Ford Motor Company, Giorgio Armani, and Ann Taylor, and for overseeing the design of a new research and product design methodology called user personas, that is recognized as a digital industry best practice.
Janiece received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Political Science from the University of Texas at Austin.

Celina Kawas is a Senior Associate in WWB's Products and Technical Assistance group, responsible for the program, "Becoming the Financial Provider of Choice for Women Entrepreneurs." Through this program, Celina conducts market research and gender assessments around the world to understand how the identity, roles and responsibilities of low-income women influence their financial behavior. This analysis helps network members make the strategic choice to focus on the women's market, design women-focused products and services, and ultimately become the financial provider of choice for women.
Celina is recognized as an industry expert in the area of gender strategy, with 25 years of experience in conducting gender research, market analysis and industry and competitor research in global markets. Before joining WWB, Celina worked as consultant with several international institutions in both rural and urban areas of Honduras and in several other Latin American countries. Her work focused on the urban informal sector in developing countries, particularly on issues related to the income and expenditures of the urban poor, their survival strategies, housing, gender and development. Celina has a master's degree in Sociology of Development from the University of Texas at Austin. She speaks fluent Spanish and English and is a native of Honduras.

Elizabeth Lynch is a Senior Associate in WWB’s Products and Technical Assistance Group. She is responsible for WWB’s women’s leadership program, working with network members to ensure that enabling environments exist for the attraction, retention and promotion of talented women staff at all levels of the institution. She also conducts market and client research to enable network members to better understand their customers and tailor products and services that respond to their needs. Through WWB’s “Becoming an Employer of Choice for Women” Program, Ms. Lynch conducts market research to understand how the identity, roles and responsibilities of low-income women influence their financial behavior. This analysis helps network members make the strategic choice to focus on the women's market, design women-focused products and services, and ultimately become the financial provider of choice for women.
Prior to joining the Strategy and Customer Insight Group, Ms. Lynch was a Senior Associate in WWB’s Linkages and Learning Group from 2003 to 2008 and the Executive Assistant to WWB’s President from 2001 to 2003. Prior to joining WWB, Ms. Lynch worked in the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, where she served on several intellectual property rights cases. She has worked as a program evaluator in Benin for the Government of Benin and as a consultant in Thailand for the Open Society Institute. She received a Master's degree in International Affairs at Columbia University, with a concentration in Economic and Political Development in Francophone Africa. She received her bachelor's degree in Early Modern and East Asian history from Haverford College. Ms. Lynch is fluent in English, French and Spanish.

As an Associate in the Formalization and New Product Development team, Ben Shell supports the development of savings products and microinsurance, specifically health insurance, across regions.
Prior to joining WWB, Ben lived in Mongolia and worked for XacBank, a leading microfinance bank with a double bottom line. He worked on a variety of rural finance initiatives, including managing the bank’s franchise service which provides a complete package of products and services, such as technical assistance, wholesale financing and network services, to rural savings and credit cooperatives, as well as overseeing the development of a study of the impact of microcredit on rural women. Ben was also a member of the bank's international expansion working group, focusing on China.
Ben started down the path he is currently on while an undergraduate student, when he advocated for adoption of socially responsible investment policies for his school's endowment. Ben holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Princeton University.

Alan Vainrub is a Senior Associate for WWB’s Product and Technical Assistance team. He is responsible for helping network members delight their customers. For this goal Alan conducts extensive market research that provides deep industry and customer insights, and then helps design and adapt the strategy, products and marketing mix of network members to better meet customer needs.
Prior to joining WWB, Alan Vainrub was working in Brand Management for Procter & Gamble in Venezuela. There he was in charge of developing marketing plans and designing the business strategy for the Ariel detergent brand, leading the launch of the Downy softener brand in Venezuela and building an innovative socially-responsible Laundromat pilot for the company. In 2007, Alan worked with an Endeavor entrepreneur in South Africa, leading a consulting project for Graffiti Designs, an alternate media company.
Alan is a native of Caracas Venezuela, has a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Metropolitana and a Masters degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School. He is fluent in Spanish and English and knows basic Hebrew.
